At Golden Opportunities, the team works with various UHNWI, Investment Funds, Asset Managers, Insurance Companies, RE development companies, REITs and other capital providers. We have an extensive list of vetted clients with whom we keep in contact regularly, updating them on market trends or presenting deal-flow.

We work on a mandate basis, with a success fee to be negotiated during the acquisition process. To onboard a new client we require a Proof of Funds document (Non-Institutional clients / AUM under €1bn), and the signing of an NCNDA. A procurement mandate is preferred, as it enables the team to work on completely off-market solutions, therefore improving the quality of service provided. This ensures to all other parties involved that the deal is safe and both sides are willing and able. The necessary due diligence is done bilaterally, and done with the intention of maximum efficiency.Our procurement mandate include but are not limited to: Asset Classes; Relevant Geographies; Investment Size; Risk Attitude; Target Acquisition Dates, Investment Rationale etc.
